yes, that's all about semantic matching. In this case, "connecting people by connecting their knowledge", or intents that is similar, can be thought as a kind of knowledge I think, it's time to explore a possibility of semantic matching of systems thinking processes and projects

Who may be the right donor or any other NGO organisation, may I get the funding support @Bjorn Hallstrom, who can be the right people for funding help to my project and @Dmitry Sokolov I have my presentation in pdf files in the website, and the cost of the project is estimated to the nearest figure 600,000USD total for construction and running for a minimum five years but the sustainability of the project will be for 100 years, deriving the new technologies that may emerge as the time changes in future.

@Bhandari have you connected with Saamdu Chetri, executive director of the GNH to see if this project can come under the banner of or in collaboration with the GNH as such increasing your chances for accessing international funds, via the UNDP, UNESCO and the UN Climate Change funds?

This is the key Bhandari. Find the sponsors! The message is clear. The needs are huge. You must find the org/UN/Oxfam/Sweden/Norway/Denmark orgs. AND MANY MORE. NOBODY WILL COME TO YOU , IF THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR EXISTENCE.! Semantics is ok. But not your priority. Network , contacts and Spirit , that is your priority.

Yes, but as I mentioned before @Bhandari, if you want to access international funding via the agencies I mentioned then you need to get in touch with them and find out their funding criteria for writing the proposal in their formats- in which case it is not purposeful to keep on trying to improve this project document you mentioned, since that will not be the document you would need to submit. I don't quite understand why, although i have mentioned so many times the possibility for applying to these international grants there is no follow-up on that? Does this mean you only want private sector funding, e.g from philanthropists? Same also if you want to access CSR / CSI funds, you need to write th to CSR / CSI managers of the company you want funding from and ask them for their funding criteria and what kind of project document you need to submit. It is not clear from your answer, did you talk to Saamdu already, or not yet?

In order to be eligible to receive funds the recipient organisation needs to be registered as a non-profit entity, which can be a foundation, it can be a charity, it can be non-profit company limited by guarentee (not share-holder base, but member base), or a NGO. You will need to show papers of incorporation, constitution of your organisation, etc.
