Tell them to increase funds to VA facilities, ensure that outside care be an option only to fill in gaps that the VA cannot provide, and pay for Choice Care without taking money out of the VA facilities’ allocations. If you are a veteran or family member of a veteran with personal experience of getting VA help, say so. Sample language is included at the bottom of this sites HOME page (www.vhcac.org).
